Why salesperson Fail?

I believe that to to establish good selling habits we need to know not only our weaknesses but our strength too...We have to be honest to ourselves .......
People fails due to many factors in which some of them are;

1. Lacking in self discipline
Self discipline gets us to continue to do things we said we would do long after that initial commitment has gone
2. Lack of concentration
The prospect should be the center of our world, and deserves our best all the time. We must bbe able to focus 100%
3.Inability to take rejection
Rejection is just like criticism, which is neither positive nor negative.It is just an event.It could be an opportunity depending on how you choose to look at it... positively or negatively....
4.Lack of creative imagination
Changing your approach to each different prospect could produce result. Success depended on our creative approach to each new prospect everyday
